Are any purchases final sale?

Most products purchased on Moreyboogie.eu can be returned within our 30-day return period, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

However, the following items may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
Customized or personalized items.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging.
Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team before making your purchase.

When will I get my order?

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking emails are sent daily at 7:00 PM (CET).

Estimated delivery times:

France: 1–2 business days (via DPD)
Spain & Portugal: 2–3 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Other European countries: Typically 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing for non-EU destinations.

If you have not received your tracking information within one business day of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

How much does shipping cost?
